  • Census data
  • Burial/cemetery records
  • Vital records (marriage, birth, death)
  • Military records
  • Biographies from old Randolph County histories

2. What We Prefer NOT to Accept:

  • Family trees and gedcoms. These types of submissions will affect our database. Actually, there are very small exceptions, so these types of submissions are subject to approval.
  • Pictures of obituaries or printed text unless it is very clear in JPEG or PNG format. You may be required to transcribe text for better search engine visibility.

3. Data Ownership:

  • If provided from non-copyrighted sources and typed by you, you retain ownership.
  • If you request removal, please specify the data and its location. We’ll make reasonable efforts to remove it.
  • If you copied data from another project’s website, we cannot accept it to comply with copyright laws.

4. Important Note:

  • We are a privately owned website, and all Team Members are volunteers.
  • We are in need for Volunteers to type up family data for contributors.

Your contribution is invaluable, and we appreciate your dedication to preserving historical records for the benefit of researchers and the community.
