Article Summary:

Administrator Sale for the Estate of L. E. Brockman, including a boy named “Lewis,” aged 10. By virtue of an order of the Randolph County Court, made at the November term, 1860, the undersigned, administrator of the Estate of L. E. Brockman, deceased, will sell, for the payment of the debts of the deceased, before the courthouse door in the city of Huntsville, to the highest bidder on the fourth Monday in February, 1861, the following real estate belonging to said Estate: 40 acres. Additionally, one negro boy named “Lewis,” ten years old, will be sold on the first day of January next for cash in hand.
